NORTH DAKOTA TOWNSHIP OFFICERS ASSOCIATION

do hereby authorize payment of our dues to the North Dakota Township Officers Association to be withheld from Township Tax Revenues as they are available after January 1st of each year.
Dues shall be made payable to the North Dakota Township Officers Association (NDTOA) and forwarded to its Treasurer:

or to any other treasurer of the North Dakota Township Officers Association as so notified by the Association or the Township. This authorization shall be effective for the current calendar year and each subsequent year until cancelled by the Association or the above named Township.
