Township Officers,
We have a chance to eliminate the necessity
to report township officer payroll withholding taxes.
Senator Kent Conrad's office has agreed to try to do this for us
through congressional legislation. But he needs your help!! This
is our one chance to eliminate this time consuming burden. We need
you today to print out and complete the form below and mail it to:

Form 944 is needed
for Employer's Annual Federal Tax Return for those employer's who
were notified in February 2006. They should use this form for
2006 reporting.
Only
employers who were notified should use the Form 944 - All
other employers should continue to file the Form 941, Employer's
Quarterly Federal Tax Return.
