What is North
Dakota Local Technical Assistance Program, NDLTAP?
The Local Technical Assistance Program, initiated by FHWA in 1981, is a
network of 58 centers that were established to help local transportation
agencies learn about maintaining and improving their roads, innovative
methods and materials, and ways to work smarter and safer. This program
promotes the efficient use of local transportation agencies' scarce
resources through the distribution and sharing of technical information.
